Our process focuses on purity from the soil to your plate — traditional farming, slow stone grinding and cold-press extraction.
Our grains and pulses are grown without chemical fertilisers using Jivamrut — a traditional microbial-rich organic formulation. Jivamrut increases soil microorganisms, makes nutrients naturally available in the soil, and produces crops that are cleaner, more nutritious and safer. Purity begins at the soil.
Our wheat, jowar and bajra flours are milled on traditional low-RPM stone chakkis. This prevents heat build-up so fibers, vitamins and minerals remain intact, and the natural flavour and aroma are preserved. Stone-ground = more nutrition.
